If the instance you just left becomes full matchmaking could kick you to another instance and won't tether you back to your ship and respawn you back at Olisar instead. If there is someone nearby it could keep your ship alive in that instance and won't despawn with you when you bed logout. Make sure no other ships are around you within sensor range of your ship. If there is anyone else onboard the ship it will stay alive in the instance and matchmaking could possibly throw you into another instance if the instance you just bed logged out becomes full sending you to Olisar instead. If you are the ship owner make sure no one else is onboard the ship when you bed logout. ![]() I recommend QTing to high above one of the moons. Recommend to be far from them to make sure you log back into the ship. ![]() It sometimes doesn't work near armistice zones like near Olisar, Grim Hex, Levski or any of the outposts due to your ship possibly being stored and breaking the link with you and the ship when logging back in.
